The DaVinci Orthopedic Pillow is a patented comprehensive support system with proprietary positioning that alleviates
asthma and snoring. The DaVinci Orthopedic Pillow® tilts the head slightly back, pushes the chest up, and allows the
shoulders to fall on each side. This posture increases lung capacity, air circulation, opens up the throat, and prevents
the tongue from obstructing your breath, alleviating snoring and asthma symptoms. Another critical factor is to try to
take slower breathes only through your nose, averaging 5.5 breathes per minute with short inhales and longer exhales.
Increase the incline of the pillow to 10-25 degrees if necessary.
For moderate to severe cases of snoring and asthma, simply increase The DaVinci Orthopedic Pillow® to a 15-40 degree
incline with a wedge pillow or a regular pillow underneath.
If you are suffering from sleep apnea, do not discontinue the treatment plan prescribed by your doctor. Do not
discontinue the use of a CPAP machine if a CPAP machine was recommended by your doctor.
