Normal / Ground Shipping

Items are processed within 24 hours during the Monday-Friday business weekand are shipped from the distribution warehouse within 48-72 hours, via 7-10 business day ground delivery service (unless an alternate lead-time is notated on the product page), on a first come, first serve basis.  Shipping cost will be calculated at check-out and paid by buyer at discounted rate provided by UPS. Expedited shipping may be offered at additional cost to buyer, if available.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO & GUAM ORDERS:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam orders incur additional shipping surcharges. Guam and Puerto Rico are considered international destinations for shipping, delivery and payment purposes. Please email our Quotes Team at info@davinciorthopedics. to receive a shipping rate quote for deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping charges vary with each product depending upon size, weight, and speed of delivery.

Bulk Freight Shipping

Freight Charges for Quantity: Bulk crate items will incur shipping, handling & freight charges. A customized shipping quote can be provided.  Freight items will ship via a Freight Shipping Company on a transfer truck or large box truck. Sometimes, additional freight charges depend on other factors (for example: whether you have a loading dock or not) and must be billed separately after we obtain a freight quote with the overland freight trucking company.
